The development of devices and systems of industrial electronics

One of Krista PRA directions is the development of devices and systems of industrial electronics. "Industrial electronics" department was created in 1996.

The key idea of the department strategy was a solving of tasks of programmed numerical control based on IBM PC-compatible equipment.

At present Krista RPA offers the following end-to-end solutions for customers:

  • CNC system for various kinds of machine tools (turning, milling and thermic cutting);
  • electronic input-output devices of EM series of in-house design, intended for replacement of obsolete photo scanning devices;
  • retrofit of CNC machine tools.

Proposed CNC system advantages:

  • the mathematical support maintains ISO-compatible language of preparation of programs of instructions;
  • use of accessories produced by independent manufacturers, thus providing low cost and easy repairability;
  • built - in debugging facilities of equipment and adjustment facilities of drives;

Simultaneously with designing and manufacturing application of CNC devices our experts give the special attention to development of programmed numerical control versions. The development of additional program functions under specific requirements allows to improve specifications of machine tools, to increase accuracy in processing of various profiles and to provide integrity of a component part and a tool.

Development and support of software and hardware of engine testing automated system

The automated system of engine testing process and data logging (further the system) is intended for testing process control in compliance with a preset test program as well as for engine parameters monitoring and logging in the testing process.

Tasks:

  • Selection and realization of a test type.
  • Variation of testing process with addition / removal of some modes.
  • Real-time visualization of testing process.
  • Automonitoring of engine parameters, warning messages generation with engine parameters being out of admissible zones, engine shutdown for failure prevention.
  • Controllable current engine parameters such as crankshaft revolutions, crankshaft load, capacity etc.
  • Fuel consumption recording for all running time.
  • Fuel consumption recording while testing.
  • Automation of documentation (test log) generation on test data and printing of generated documents and test data (parameter graphs in dependance on time).
  • Analysis of engine testing process with the use of parameter graphs and tables.
  • Connection of additional sensors (up to 3 pcs) and external device control (1 channel).

System structure:

  • IBM PC, monitor, keyboard, mouse.
  • ADC/DAC board (system unit component). Number of inputs / outputs - 8, capacity - 10.
  • Scanning period of sensors (5 ms).
  • Set of converters of 5B series produced by Analog Devices for connection of external signals (crankshaft revolutions) and of sensors (thermistors, strain sensors).
  • Resistive temperature sensors (-200 + 1800°С) and thermopairs (up to 9000°С).
